Auditions
Anything Goes auditions will begin on January 6th. Please read the following information to ensure you are prepared for the auditions.
Some sides are included in the audition packet, however check back throughout the break. More sides and songs will be added.
AUDITION SCHEDULE
ALL students auditioning for the show must attend BOTH a dance audition AND a singing audition. You must sign up for a time online (on the Theatre website) BEFORE you come to your audition. Acting Auditions will only be necessary for actors interested in
DANCE AUDITIONSMONDAY, JANUARY 6th: 2:40-3:30, 3:35-4:25, 4:30-5:20
Dance auditions will be 50 minute slots with 15-20 students per slot. Actors will learn a dance routine from the show together, then perform the routine in small groups.
SINGING AUDITIONS
TUESDAY, JANUARY 7th: 2:30-3:20, 3:30-4:20, 4:30-5:20
Singing auditions will be 50 minutes slots with 15-20 students per slot. Actors will sing their audition piece for everyone in their group. (Ensemble Roles may request a private signing audition.)
ACTING AUDITIONS (room 135)
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8th: 2:30-3:20, 3:30-4:20, 4:30-5:20
Acting auditions will be 50 minutes slots with 15-20 students per slot. Actors will perform their audition piece for everyone in their group.
CALLBACKS
Callback list posted online Wednesday night, January 8th.
DANCE: THURSDAY, JANUARY 9th: 3:00-6:00pm
ACTING & SINGING: FRIDAY, JANUARY 10TH: 2:30-6:00pm
Not everyone will be called back. Actors who are not called back may still be considered for principal/supporting roles. For singing & acting callbacks, materials will be provided in advance, but do not need to be memorized.
The cast list will be posted online by Sunday, January 12th.
